I genuinely don't know how to put into words how grateful I am for our experience at Enid's Wig Salon.

We walked in looking for a wig for my 13 year old, who has been going through significant hair loss, and the owner immediately told us we were in exactly the right place. She explained that Natalie, the young woman working that day, had also experienced hair loss as a teenager. And she could not have been more right. We were *EXACTLY* where we needed to be.

Both women sat with us, walked us through all of our options, answered every question, and made sure we understood everything. But what meant the most was the compassion and understanding they showed my child. Hearing them tell him that they knew what he was going through, and seeing him connect with someone who had actually experienced it herself, brought me to tears more than once.

We left with an amazing wig and hat combination, and we'll be back this week for a full wig. But we left with so much more than that. I got to watch my child feel like himself again for the first time in what feels like forever, and I'm genuinely crying again just writing this because I cannot explain what that means to me as his mom.

Every single person we encountered was wonderful, and I will never forget the kindness they showed our family. We will absolutely be customers for as long as we need wigs, and I cannot recommend Enid's enough. Thank you, thank you, thank you. ❤️
